Saga de Poseidon...Resumen
Poseidon :
Atenea ahora controla nuevamente el Santuario y se prepara para la próxima Guerra santa que habrá de librar con Hades. Sin embargo, algo imprevisto sucede: Poseidón, dios de los mares, ha despertado insospechadamente en esta era y ha decidido exterminar a la raza humana. El enfrentamiento entre ambas divinidades es inevitable. Saori es llevada al Santuario del mar, y allí voluntariamente es encerrada en el Soporte Principal del templo de Poseidón. Seiya, Hyōga, Shiryū y Shun acuden al rescate de la diosa. Sin embargo para destruir el Soporte Principal, es necesario que destruyan los siete pilares que sostienen los mares del mundo. La dificultad reside en que cada pilar es resguardado por un General de Poseidón. Seiya y los demás, ayudados por Ikki, derrotan a todos los Generales de Poseidón y para destruir a poseidon Seiya, Shiryu y Hyoga se colocan las armaduras de oro Shyryu y Hyoga la de sus tutores respetivamente (Dohko de Libra y Kamus de Acuario) Seiya por su parte se coloca la armadura de Aioros de sagitario y logran rescatar a Atenea, quien una vez libre, vuelve a encerrar el espíritu de Poseidón.
